We are gonna complain to them now. Our electric bill is insane here too.

How long have you lived there? That’s poor communication or bad management. Nobody should have to deal with that.

It’s already been patched once. They should of primed the sides and back of the patch, and it would of lasted longer.

This place is stingy as fuck. The chances of them doing anything more than a convience repair is unlikely.

That’s why they are having to do it again. That seam soaks up water like a wick. I just went thru the same thing at my house.

Why? What are you running...

Its more the winters since we refuse to run the air conditioning in the summer. But with the heat set at 58 last February in a Michigan winter the apartment bill was $330.

Ouch that seems like a lot. They must have very inefficient systems. I am lucky we don’t have A/C cause there is no way I wouldn’t run it.

The price of electric heating and what seems like newspaper as insulation...

Ah... Yeah gas is nice....
We had a pipe leak in our master bath and it got so bad the garage ceiling was coming down and mushrooms were growing in the carpet in the bed room (condo with garage as ground floor). It took them 4 months to find and fix the leak and then fix the wall they tore out, but they never cleaned the carpet from the stain, so I had to cause it was nasty.
